An important aspect is that each residential plot will be allotted to those displaced due to CDA’s acquisition of land for Park Enclave project. The main beneficiaries would be people of Mauza Rihara and Mauza Kurri.

The CDA aims to complete the model village project within the next two years. It is being seen as a major initiative to provide modern residential facilities to the residents of Islamabad.
