Islamabad, January 16: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has opened booking for new residential plots across various sectors of Islamabad as the city expands rapidly.

Real estate experts say 5 marla plots are highly sought after among buyers, while some housing schemes also offer flexible payment plans.

I-12 Islamabad

  • Located near GT Road, close to NUST University.
  • Plot prices range from Rs. 8.5 million to Rs. 10.5 million.

I-11 Islamabad

  • Adjacent to I-12 and International Islamic University.
  • Prices range between Rs. 6.8 million and Rs. 25 million.

C-14 Islamabad

  • Near Margalla Avenue and E-11.
  • Plots available from Rs. 2.6 million to Rs. 5 million.

C-15 Islamabad

  • On Margalla Avenue, close to GT Road.
  • Prices start from Rs. 26.5 million.

D-17 Islamabad

  • Accessible from M1 Motorway or Peshawar-Rawalpindi Highway.
  • Plots priced Rs. 10 million to Rs. 25 million.

D-12 Islamabad

  • On main Margalla Avenue near E-11.
  • Premium sector with prices from Rs. 96 million to Rs. 140 million.

E-12 Islamabad

  • Located on Golra Road.
