It has been reiterated by the spokeswoman that commencing residential projects, apartment complexes, or commercial buildings within the restricted region without the necessary NOC is illegal. The RDA had previously issued warnings regarding the illegality of such activities, encompassing all forms of marketing, promotion, and project development by various entities including agencies, limited liability firms, and sole proprietorships.
