CDA Unveils Plans for Model Village Development Project in Islamabad

Islamabad, January 18 – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced an ambitious two-year model village development project in the Islamabad Capital Territory, according to sources on Thursday.

The extensive project, covering 3,621 kanals of land, will feature 4,500 residential plots of 10 hectares each. In addition to housing, the model village will have three class 3 shopping plazas and a commercial center to serve residents’ needs.

The project aims to provide housing to individuals affected by CDA’s previous land acquisition in Mauza Kurri and Rihara for the Park Enclave housing scheme. Beneficiaries will be allotted residential plots in the new model village.
