Karachi (PPI) – In a bid to cater to the surge in travel demand during the upcoming Eid ul Adha celebrations, Pakistan Railways has announced the operation of two special trains from Karachi. The initiative aims to provide convenient travel options for commuters heading to their hometowns for the Festival of Sacrifice.
According to the railway authorities, the first special train will run from Karachi to Lahore, offering both economy class and air-conditioned coach facilities. This will allow passengers to choose their preferred travel class based on comfort and budget. The second train will operate on the Karachi-Peshawar route, featuring all-economy class seating to accommodate a broader range of travelers.
The exact schedules for these special trains will be announced shortly after the sighting of the Zilhajj moon, enabling commuters to plan their journeys accordingly.
