In a recent announcement, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government revealed plans to launch the ‘Taleem Card,’ a pilot initiative aimed at enhancing educational opportunities for students in Upper Chitral. The directive, issued by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, calls for an immediate start to the program by the Departments of Education and Finance.
The ‘Taleem Card’ is set to debut in Upper Chitral, identified as one of the province’s most disadvantaged areas. The initiative will be monitored for its effectiveness in this district before it is rolled out to additional districts across the province.
